hydrogen water molecular hydrogen water tablets creates 12 ppm hydrogen

 I was a little worried this would taste weird but after you let it dissolve it just tastes like water.

These tablets dissolve in water, once dissolved there's a film on the top of the water that's kinda gross. I did notice a kick in my workout after starting my day with one though. I think i may find another alternative for Hydrogen water though.

Wanted to try different brands because my previous tabs were settling in my cup if I didn’t drink fast enough. These dissolve quickly. The best part is they don’t settle quickly in the cup. Also, no foreign taste even if you are out and about and can’t mix easily.

This product is everything I was looking for. I’ve done a lot of research on hydrogen water and if a hydrogen water bottles or these hydrogen water tablets were the best choice. For me it really came down to getting the highest ppm for the buck. Bottles only produced 1-2 PPM while these tablets make 12 per tab. Even with testing it, it did actually make 12PPM. I am pleasantly surprised because that’s extremely high. Before my runs I drop one in water. The reaction does take about 1-2 minutes to completely dissolve. There is a little bit of film on the top but that’s from the chemical reaction didn’t bother me at all. It taste really close to plain water. I throw it back immediately. i definitely have better energy and endurance when I take it before my marathon training.
